Return and Exchange Policy

Plntbody will gladly accept eligible merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition (unworn, unwashed) and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are free of charge and are processed within 7 business days after we’ve received your item(s).

If returning multiple orders, please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. Exchange, store credit, or refund will not be received for non-eligible items(s).

What else should I know about the Return Policy?

• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

• All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

• We reserve the right to delay refunds until items are received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• Any return history that is irregular, excessive, or suggest return abuse involving temporary use;

• Any return history that is irregular, excessive or involves items that are worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing; or

• Any return activity reasonably believed to be fraudulent or unlawful.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. Non-plntbody items sent will be discarded upon receipt.

Exchange Only

Select items are marked Exchange Only and are eligible for a different size of the same item, pending availability. Exchange-only items are not eligible for refunds.

Final Sale

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to return for a refund or exchange. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
